I created this journal for Irene who was my swap partner for 12 Days of Christmas swap at LOSB for Dec 2011. I also deconstructed a box down to chipboard and reconstructed it using french papers - a requirement for "three french hens". I used my cricut, vintage lace, prima leaves, paper roses, silks, strug bead springs and trim. I used glossy accents on the "family" title.
The box is covered in french themed paper, french sheet music and french text from a romance novel. The butterflies are vellum. lol the pic posted sideways!
