This is the origami trinket box I made for my swap partner on International Card Swappers, a couple months ago. I made her a dangle charm with an Asian feel, a little book - the pages for which pull out to write on and slip back in. He favourite colours are purple and sea blue, so I painted the chipboard frame lid light purple and then used thick UT on it for shine and to seal. The pull is two beads with a length of very narrow ribbon connecting them. The hinge is hidden. I went through my stash and found some buttons and beads in her said favourite colours also. I reinforced the bottom of the paper box with foam. In all it was pretty sturdy for a cardstock and chipboard origami box.
