Tsunami Rose Challenge - 17: Color Challenge using "Yesterday's Comodity"

The canvas was wrapped in burlap and coated with a sealant.

Then I stamped Julie Nutting's Prima Doll stamp on walnut
cardstock and Tsunami Rose "Yesterday's Comodity" printable.
I fussy cut the dress, shoes and crown, copic coloured the doll's
hair, signo uniball - broad pigment ink pen for the stitch, dots and
dash lines, punched out some butterflies using my fave generic
butterfly punch and gave them a coat of Glossy Accents to bring
up the shine. I went in with a 01 Micron archival ink pen and
defined the edges, folds and so forth. For the background I again
used a printable from Tsunami Rose "Yesterday's Comodity"
and tore it up. I barely inked the raw torn edges. Everything has
a coat of Matte Medium to finish.

The sweeping antique lace applique is vintage, from an
estate sale and availabe at my Etsy Store here: Shabby Steals.
